You have given a lot of good reasons and i have met people who have actually become very good friends after meeting through blogs so their is the social angle as well. Still rate your number 4 as main one though as there is always the chance if enough time and effort is put in that it can lead to freedom and giving up the day job!!

Well I also have some take on it but I think its just a growing trend. In two years I think I just had like 2 video posts and I agree with the fact that it cannot be seo’d..

We’re not even talking about the fact that what if the readers don’t have DSL?
